Submissions

Texas School Business is known for providing the “who’s news” in Texas public schools. Each issue is packed with articles on current issues in Texas public education, profiles of Texas educators, photos from education association conferences and events, personnel announcements from districts across the state, and regular columns.

Who’s News

Texas School Business celebrates the professional accomplishments of Texas public school leaders! If your district has hired a new administrator or promoted someone from within, or if a school leader you know has won a professional award, email us and we will include it in the “Who’s News” section.

In the Spotlight

Texas School Business shines the spotlight on a Texas public school educator in every issue. If you know a thought leader or innovator working in our Texas public schools, let us know.

Student Voices

Student Voices is a regular section that provides an opportunity for students of all ages to share their experiences in Texas K-12 public schools.

The Arts

In each issue, an administrator or fine arts teacher writes The Arts column, sharing success stories and best practices from any branch of art education.

Regional View

Representatives from any Texas regional education service center are welcome to submit a Regional View column to showcase a successful program or service in their area or speak to a trend in public education and how their ESC is responding.

Bragging Rights

Each year, the special “Bragging Rights” issue of Texas School Business highlights programs and initiatives in 12 Texas public school districts that showcase innovative thinking, passion, determination, and strong leadership.
